Get a JSON file with every record we hold about you — your profile, businesses, transactions, receipts, employees, pay stubs, journal entries, financial statements, tax reports, and Lex chat history. Authentication tokens are deliberately excluded.

Schedules deletion in 30 days. You can cancel by logging in or by clicking Cancel scheduled deletion below. After 30 days your account, businesses, receipts, transactions, employees, and Lex history are permanently removed. Tax records required by CRA/IRS may be retained for 7 years as required by law.

Delete immediately (no grace period)

Permanently deletes everything right now. This cannot be undone. Use the 30-day option above unless you're sure.
